You Don't Have To Say ''I Love You" Sarab Meher Story

She never though even on her dreams that she would take such a step.! She was thinking how time changes. Shagun ka Chunni is very special to any girl, which is first step towards her long journey of marriage. She didn't want to have a second though she simply choose to give away the chunni which Manav put on her, which exactly year before which she hid behind the so called official chunni put by Sarab's family as she was not ready to let go any of Manav's belongings. 
'All that moment which i lived in my past has become a dream for me, life with Sarab ji has change my life , I never though there would be a life with out Manav and will get a perfect match except him but now.. how much i am attracted to Sarb ji well i am completely depended on him. how can a person be so perfect! he is a blessing in my life..'
Param: Meher mumma... Param was pulling Meher's dress to get her attention.. her train of though got broken and she looked down Param was looking at her with a confused faace..
Meher: Param Puthar..
Param: Meher Mumma i have been calling you since long time you were looking at sky. where's there?
Meher: mm.. Nothing Baby.. she cared Param... as soon as she carried Param she got a strain in hip.. ouch... she soon let go Param..  and hold her hip in pain
Param: what happen Mumma? she hold Param's shoulder as a support and step by step went closer to the bed with the help of Param she manage to sit on bed.
Meher: well. Mumma's back is hurting.. she replied Param hiding her pain and trying to get a fake smile to the face.
Param: Shall I call Papa?
Meher: No puthar ji.. will be fine.. Plez ask Lalita Aunty to bring me hot water bottle..
Param ran towards kitchen shouting 'Lalita Aunty' with that alarm sound Sarab who was on a live conference call with DIG understood something is not right with Karan.. Sarab excuse him self from the live session and went looking for Param.
Param was in kitchen and Lalita was filling the hot water bottle.
Sarab: What happen? what happen to Karan?
Lalita: Karna is fine Sarabjeet ji it's meher ji who has strain on back. so she asked for a hot water bottle.. Sarab didn't even wait till lalita finish her line he grabbed the water bottler and rush to their room.
When he enter Meher was relaxing her self keeping few pillows to her back. and resting her head on a pillow with closed eyes.
'I hope Param didn't disturb Sarab Ji, He was so tensed with Mr.Diwan's demand...'
Sarab: Meher Ji!... his voice braked her thoughts.. she looked at the door and got to see Sarab was rushed towards her. and sat near Meher.
Sarab: where? I mean what happen? will call a doctor.
Meher: relax Sarb Ji. it's just the anesthesia..!
Saraab: What?
Meher: I am having a strain near my hip.. Dr.Aditi said not to carry anything heavy for few months as the effect of anesthesia will remain for few months. due to that reason i am having strain. 
talking to Sarab she was trying to adjust her self for more comfort but it didn't work out and it add more pain to her..
Meher: ahh... unknowingly she garbed Sarab's had tight as a support..
Sarab: what did you carry?? what's the need of it?? you should follow what doctor says! 
Meher was silents.. Sarab got up and adjust Meher's pillows and and kept the hot water bottler on her back.  
Sarab: right
Meher: littler left..ahh..
Sarab: now?
Meher: Bit up.. yes.. Thank you.
Lalita and Param entered the room
Sarab: Lalita ji do you have any medicine for her pain?
Lalita: well.. their is a gel let me get it.
Sarab: sure.. So now tell me what did you carried even after doctor has advised not to do so? do you even understand your situation meher ji? you are so weak after the C-section and feeding Karan. why you need to do such a work?
Meher:Sarab ji.. Sarab ji relax.. 
Sarab: this is not a situation to relax Meher ji! now tell me what did u carried?
Meher: mm.. well Param..
Sarab: WHAT??  as Param was standing next to him with had down Sarab didn't know how to react. and what to say. Param was looking down guilty.
Param: Sorry Meher Mumma.. he said gently..Sarab and Meher both felt bad for Param. Meher try to reach Param through her hand but she couldn't so she called him.
Meher: Param Puthar.. come to mumma... Param came close to Meher.. you shouldn't be sorry at all baby Mumma is the one who forgot about it. you did nothing my dear. she hugged him.
Param: but what happen to you? you were alright na?
Sarab: come to me. he made Param Sit on his lap.
Puthar ji Meher Mumma has a baby recently so Doctor had to do an operation because of that doctor has asked mumma not to do any work. and mumma forgot it.
Param: mumma didn't do any work she carried me..! just like she carry Karan.. Sarba and Meher didn't have a answer the looked at each other..
Sarab: well Param Karna is too small he is not heavy even you can carry him right? Param shacked his had as yes. but you are big brother of Karan you can even ride your bicycle right? param yet again agreed. you are bigger than Karan, Right?  param yet again agreed. So Meher Mumma can't carry a big brother like you for sometimes. she need lot of rest.
Param: Meher mumma will carry me again na Papa?
Sarab: of course she will but she need to get well for that.. you understood?
Param: yes Papa..telling that Param climb the bed and sat next to meher and hugged her.. Meher was watching it will teary eye..  silently Sarab got up and gently brushed Meher's hair.
Sarab: Will get the medicine form Lalitaji.
Meher: Sarab ji you are busy you finish your work Lalita ji will bring it.  Sarab didn't say anything he understood Meher silently he nod to her and went out of the room giving meher's her space. 
Sarab sat back front of his laptop screen and was about to go online Lalita came to him.
Lalita: Sarbjeet ji this is the gel plez apply this on meher ji it's almost 9.30 pm will have to go home my daughter is not well and she is looking for me.
Sarab: is everything fine Lalita ji?
Lalita: yes she is having fever i have to go and check on her.
Sarab: let me arrange a vehicle.
Lalita: Ramu (diver)  is there.
Sarab: okay if you need anything call me.
Lalita: sure thank you Sarbajeet ji.
Sarab was looking at the door where few minutes before lalita step put. he was in confusion how to get the gel to Meher.
